Our newly renovated, spacious vacation home awaits you with its own rustic charm. In the middle of the 10,500 m² property, it offers an idyllic view of the countryside and enables a relaxing vacation with all amenities.
The house offers two bedrooms (downstairs with a 160x200 bed and upstairs with a 120x200 bed), a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and a sauna. The gallery on the upper floor offers additional sleeping space (2 single beds 90x200 and a sofa bed 160x200). Bed linen is provided.
Due to the layout of the house and the distribution of beds, we rent to a maximum of two adults with up to four children or three adults with up to three children.
There is plenty of seating on the large covered terrace. There are sun loungers by the pool and the children can jump on the trampoline, play table tennis, swing or play various other outdoor games. Towels for use in the house and grounds are provided.
Pets must be registered in advance.
The pool is guaranteed from 15.06. to 15.09. - depending on the weather, the pool can also be used before or after this time.
The house is about 25 minutes away from Lake Balaton, our favorite beach in Balatonberény can be reached in 30 minutes. The famous thermal spa in Zalakaros is about 15 minutes away and offers a highlight for all ages with its countless pools, thermal pools and slides. Another thermal bath is also about 15 minutes away in Marcali.
Eggs from our own hens (80Ft each) and home-baked bread (1600 Ft) are available on request.
On arrival we ask for 200€, or 80.000Ft deposit in cash.

The holiday home is located in the sleepy village of Nemesvid. The village offers plenty of peace and quiet as well as two small food markets and a general shop, so that small shopping trips can be completed quickly.
Nearby (15 minutes by car) is the small town of Marcali, which is very popular with Germans. It has attracted German emigrants like a magnet in recent years. In addition to restaurants and cafés, there are all the main shopping chains (Lidl, Aldi, Dm, Penny, Tesco, Interspar, ...) as well as a thermal bath.
The larger town of Nagykanizsa (population approx. 40,000) can also be reached in less than 20 minutes.
